Every key is locked to one Discord account and one Macho Authentication Key at redemption. A leaked key is useless to anybody else.
Every action is logged
Issues, redemptions, transfers and admin changes are all timestamped with the actor and the address they came from, and mirrored into Discord.

Keys never sit in the open
Keys are generated from a cryptographic random source, masked everywhere they are displayed, and kept out of logs and URLs entirely.

Questions people actually ask
How do I get my key after paying?
Checkout creates an order with a reference code. Payment is arranged through Discord. Once it is confirmed, your key is generated automatically, shown on your order page, and sent to you in a Discord DM.
What is a Macho Authentication Key?
A one-time identifier you set on your account. Your licence is locked to your Discord account and that key together, so a key that belongs to you cannot be used by anyone else. It is set once and cannot be changed afterwards.
Can I move my licence to another Discord account?
Not by yourself — that lock is the point. An admin can transfer a licence, and the transfer is recorded in the audit log. Open a ticket in Discord to ask.
Do you offer refunds?
Read the Refund Policy before you buy. These are digital goods delivered immediately, which affects what can be refunded.
What happens when my licence expires?
Access stops at the expiry time shown on your dashboard. Your account and order history stay intact, so buying again is quick.
Where can I see my keys?
Sign in with Discord, then open the Cortex Dashboard. It lists every key on your account with its status and expiry.
